The solution entailed clear vinyl canopies that encompassed the entire terrace as well as the circular fountain which became the centerpiece of the tenting. Cocktails were served on the museum's upper floors, providing dramatic down-views through the tent tops, highlighting the glowing tables and softly lit pond. A full palette of soft colors was used on the tables and in the lighting to enchant the guests and remind them they were at an art gallery.
RECENT PROJECT
"Having a Clear Vision"
HDO Productions was recently asked to provide the setting for a party at a modern art museum. The site was the round interior terrace of the building including its 60' diameter fountain. HDO's goal was to provide an environment that was functional and also emphasized the beauty of the area.

The two 30' and single 40' wide canopies were installed over a full wood sub-floor covered in black artificial turf. HVAC was provided so that weather changes would not interfere with enjoyment of the evening. The completed project was clearly a success.
